Our beans are carefully harvested after 9 months to a year of cultivation, ensuring you receive only the most exceptional vanilla beans available in the world.

The Bourbon
Measuring an unheard of 8in-9in (19cm-23cm) and weighing in at. approx 5 grams per bean. Boasting a vanillin content upwards of 3.5%, our Bourbon beans are twice as rich as Madagascar's famous beans, providing a sweet chocolate undertone with a velvety smooth bourbon texture. The delicate earthy tones of dried berries and hints of caramel make our beans perfect for elevating any dessert or savory dish.
The Tahitian
Measuring 6in - 7in (16cm - 17cm), our Tahitian Vanilla Beans have a higher moisture content than most other gourmet vanilla pods, boasting a moisture content of 30-35%. This means you'll get more of the precious vanilla seeds (vanilla caviar) for all of your baking needs!
Our Vanilla Tahitiensis beans are visually stunning with a plump and juicy appearance, and a sweet cherry, liquorice, and caramel scent profile that can be smelled even before opening the sealed packaging!
